His experience stretches across Independent Living, Assisted Living, Homecare, and Memory Care, giving him a well-rounded understanding of what makes a community truly feel like home.
For 19 years, he served as an Executive Director, leading with compassion and consistency. His success eventually led him into a Regional Operations and Sales role, where he supported six communities that maintained 90%+ occupancy and achieved Deficiency Free Ratings—milestones that reflect both strong leadership and exceptional care.

A Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) and Amazon bestselling author of a guide for families navigating Parental Dementia, Keith combines expertise with empathy in everything he does.

Today, as our Regional Sales Director, he continues his commitment to helping families find the support, guidance, and peace of mind they deserve.

With more than 32 years in senior living, Janice has devoted her career to creating meaningful experiences for residents and supporting the teams who care for them. Her administrative roles over the years have shaped her into a compassionate and dependable leader who brings warmth and consistency to every community she serves.
Known for her creativity and attention to detail, Janice has planned numerous events and staff retreats that foster joy, connection, and renewal. Her background in banking strengthened her organizational skills, while her volunteer work in counseling and event planning deepened her natural ability to support others with empathy.
Today, Janice brings her heart, experience, and dedication together in her role as a Level II Senior Living Administrator, ensuring every resident and staff member feels valued and at home.

As the Digital Marketing Director, Marrissa is passionate about creating meaningful connections between the community, residents, and the families they serve. She oversees all digital communication, including social media, online advertising, branding, and content strategy, ensuring the organization’s message remains clear, consistent, and engaging across every platform. Her focus is on using creative storytelling and data-driven strategies to highlight the heart of the organization—its residents, staff, and the exceptional care they provide.
Marrissa has always had a love for creativity and design, and her career journey allowed her to blend that passion with a deep commitment to caring for others. Her path into healthcare began while caring for her granny, an experience that inspired her to pursue nursing and complete her LPN program. While nursing remains close to her heart, she discovered that her greatest impact comes from combining her creative strengths with her healthcare background to tell stories that educate, inspire, and connect.
Outside of work, Marrissa is a proud mother of two and has been with her high school sweetheart for 14 years, married for 10. Today, she is grateful to bring both her creative passion and heart for senior care together at Highlands, where she shares the stories that reflect the compassion, dedication, and care found within each community.
